Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and prepare your order for immediate shipment.
Order Shipment
If the item(s) are in stock and your payment is approved, your order will be picked up by a shipping provider within 2 business days. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@vioguard.com.
Shipping Options
We ship all orders via our FedEx account. When you checkout, you can choose between multiple shipping services. The shipping cost is added to your checkout total. If you would like to use your own shipping account email info@vioguard.com. Be aware that shipping on your own account voids warranty claims due to shipping damages.
Shipping Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@vioguard.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order before your item has shipped, there is no additional cost. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All returns must first be approved. You can request approval by emailing info@vioguard.com. For a full refund, item(s) must be returned with the original packaging and materials. You(the buyer) are responsible for return shipping charges.
Vioguard Limited Warranty
Vioguard warrants its products are for a period of one year after purchase, free from defects in material and workmanship and in material compliance with Vioguard’s then current specifications, documentation, and published materials. This limited warranty is given only to the original purchaser of the product and this warranty does not cover, and Vioguard will have no obligation or liability for breach of any warranty with respect to, any cosmetic defects, problems, or malfunctions not caused by the manufacturer, including (but not limited to) issues arising from a power surge, misuse (including outdoor use), abuse, negligence, accidents, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, intrusion or exposure to liquids, shipping or transit, operation in a manner contrary to the documentation provided with the product, operation on incorrect power supplies, third party products, modification, alteration, improper servicing or tampering. This warranty does not cover wear from the use of disinfection lamps in the product. In addition, this limited warranty will not apply for any product that is opened, disassembled, or modified in any way, including defacing, altering, or removing any serial number. Any shipment by the original purchaser after receipt of the product from Vioguard voids this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to any product that has been received by Vioguard not packaged in the original packaging materials. Any product received by Vioguard exhibiting any indications that the product had been exposed to liquid or other foreign substance will void the limited warranty, and Vioguard will return that product to the customer only at the customer’s expense.
